Like many of you, the years following the pandemic brought significant transitions. We moved out of New York. We welcomed a child. We purchased a home. I, Adrian, began my administrative leadership journey. Life shifted—quickly and deeply.

Those changes came with growth, but also chaos. Adjustment. Fatigue. Moments where survival took precedence over sharing.

We struggled.

But we stayed.

And we stayed not just because of love—but because love alone was never the only thing holding us together.
